Overview Join our Marketing and Communications team as a Senior PR Executive, where you’ll play a vital role in driving Gallagher’s UK growth ambitions and business priorities
You’ll have the opportunity to develop and execute impactful media relations strategies that align with our corporate values and objectives, ensuring Gallagher is positively and prominently represented across the media landscape
As a champion for the Gallagher brand, you’ll amplify our rugby sponsorship while fostering strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers
Your proactive approach to building relationships with key business areas will be instrumental in supporting our corporate initiatives, including thought leadership
Success in this role will come from your ability to leverage a variety of channels to deliver compelling communications that reflect Gallagher’s values and elevate our brand presence
How you’ll make an impact Develop and execute media relations plans to maximise Gallagher’s rugby sponsorship impact and drive positive media sentiment
Draft press releases, articles, and social media content that resonate with target audiences
Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external agencies to identify media opportunities and deliver impactful campaigns
Evaluate the effectiveness of external communications and provide regular reports to inform future strategies
Create content that enhances Gallagher’s online presence
About You Proven experience in media relations or a related field, including journalist outreach and securing press coverage
Knowledge of PR planning, reporting, KPIs, and media relations across traditional and digital channels
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful content
Understanding of sponsorship activation and brand partnerships, ideally within the sports sector
