What We do / The Team: The Senior Technology Delivery Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large initiatives
Manage by influence a team of professionals to execute against technology strategy and business initiatives
Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions and applies innovative and creative product mindset
Accountable for delivery of technology programs of work to global business stakeholders
Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level
Responsibilities: Collaborates with IT functional/departmental executives and business leaders to deliver business value
Resource planning and financial management Works on internal communications
Resolves complex and varied issues with substantial potential impact
Impacts the area through responsibility for planning, finances/budget, end results, setting policies and contribution to strategic decisions
Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills. a Product Management mindset is essential – to own the process from ideation, roadmap definition, requirements refinement, implementation and post production resilience Experience in Financial Services/ Banking is key with deep expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC) or Data Governance frameworks For Data Governance – Role will be working with compliance, data management, operations and tech teams to analyse , design and improve business processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to uphold data integrity, quality and usability For KYC – focus is on KYC onboarding, periodic reviews and customer due diligence; collaboration with compliance teams and evolution of regulatory standards Innovative thinking is critical – individual must demonstrate skills to identify areas for automation and improvement Familiarity with data management tools and proficiency in data visualization tools is key Hands on experience with entire SDLC with demonstrable individual contributions at each stage Qualifications: Extensive experience in technology planning with commensurate experience in technology delivery and people management
