Boeing Global Services is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (Entry Level or Associate) to join their team in Mesa, AZ.

We are hiring for a broad range of experience levels, including Entry Level and Associate Supply Chain Specialists.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Enters, tracks, monitors, and coordinates customer material orders and delivery requirements.
  • Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
  • Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits, and provisioning products or services.
  • Engages with stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product, and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection and possible negotiation and contracting strategies.
  • Executes supply chain operations, balancing inventory, supply orders, and schedule demand.
  • Maintains performance and relationships to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability, and in-service performance.
  • Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

Note: This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience and/or knowledge of Basic Supply Chain principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education and/or 4+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience and/or proficiency with Oracle or SQL.
  • Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system.

Typical Education & Experience:

Entry Level (Level 1): Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred but not required.

Associate Level (Level 2): Typically 3 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred but not required.

Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate Mesa, AZ area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for entry level: $53,550 – $72,450

Summary pay range for associate level: $63,750 – $86,250
