Job Description

As a member of the Workplace Innovation team, the Senior Manager of Workplace Research will focus on exploring and understanding the company’s workplace and experiences. Demonstrating strong business acumen and operations of our global offices, this role will be responsible for driving innovative, human-centered research approaches that support key projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our spaces and programs. This role will also track & compile trends throughout the year to deliver regional and business unit insights and an annual end of year report. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the company’s business, operations, and culture to navigate through challenges while conducting research. Exceptional communication and analytical skills are a must to ensure findings resonate with all partners.


Participate in research agenda development that aligns to business priorities
Influence new concept development and collaborate on active initiatives that improve REWS effectiveness and employee experience
Stay updated on industry research and external partners that can influence new approaches to the workplace
Establish and maintain trusted expert relationships with key partners within the real estate organization and across the company, especially other internal research teams
Document standard methodologies and evolve research processes and tools that support research in an agile manner
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to track and evaluate effectiveness of the workplace
Provide a regular cadence of communication to key stakeholders and executives, aiming for visibility and alignment on key findings, while addressing concerns to influence future strategy shifts
Partner across REWS to develop profiles that improve the org’s understanding of employee & team needs, while accounting for local nuances

Required Skills / Experience

5+ years experience developing and driving workplace research
Familiar with CRE global operations, change management, and process development
Proven ability to implement strategy in a cross-functional, global environment
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams
Comfort with ambiguity and motivated to solve complex problems
Able to execute in a changing environment and make things happen
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a fast growing global organization
