What to Expect

As Program Manager, Systems Deployment at Tesla you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our system deployment/onboarding program. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive onboarding plans that ensure successful system adoption and drive valuable business insights.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, training) to design and develop a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to different user personas and system functionalities
Integrate BI considerations throughout the onboarding process. This includes identifying relevant data points, designing data collection methods, and ensuring system functionality supports robust business insights
Create engaging and informative content, including user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles
Develop and deliver onboarding training sessions, fostering user adoption and engagement. Manage the onboarding program timeline, ensuring timely completion of all milestones and deliverables
Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the onboarding process
Utilize data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve the onboarding program for maximum effectiveness
Act as the primary point of contact for new users during the onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields, minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, or equivalent
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex programs
Experience with system onboarding best practices and methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience with user experience (UX) principles a plus

Expected Compensation

$88,000 – $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
