This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team

Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment

Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? As our Senior Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Advisoryou’ll be a highly organised, efficient multitasking, forward thinking and self motivated

You’ll be flexible and keen to be part of a vibrant team

You’ll be an important role model within our operational management and delivery team

Providing advice, guidance and governance, while ensuring the completion of audits, inspections and incident investigations to identify improvements and maintain mandatory standards

Youll be part of a team responsible for supporting SHEQ performance within your allocated work stream

Working closely with management and operational teams, ensuring a strategic and proactive approach to managing SHEQ performance while striving for continual improvement

You’ll be confident in interacting with operational teams, conducting site visits, audits and briefings to teams and subcontractors

You’ll be based across South London and Thames Valley

What youll bring Experience of the utilities and/or construction sector

Experience of implementing and maintaining CDM requirements within principal contractor and or contractor organisation

Relevant and recognised H&S qualifications and experience

Willingness and confidence in engaging with management and operational teamswhilst demonstrating high standards of safety behaviour

Leading by example and promoting a positive safety culture

Development and maintenance of records and reports

Full clean driving licence youll travel across operational sites and may include overnight stays
